Reports and Complaints

Students may submit reports and complaints to the Coordinator, Professor Monica Milasi, by email at mmilasi@unime.it.

The Coordinator verifies that the report or complaint falls within the competence of the Degree Programme and provides the student with a written response within 30 days. If it is not possible to reply to the request within 30 days, the Coordinator will provide the reasons for the delay and an indicative timeframe for the response.

The strictest confidentiality is guaranteed.

For more complex matters or reports concerning violations of students’ rights, students may contact the Student Ombudsperson at garantestudenti@unime.it.

For requests addressed to the Rector, an email may be sent to protocollo@unime.it.
